We want you to be completely satisfied with myday. If it's not the right fit, we offer a straightforward 60-day money-back guarantee.

1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with myday for any reason within the first 60 days of your paid subscription, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to all plans, whether you're on Pro or Business.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@mydaycrm.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional). We'll process your refund promptly — no lengthy support calls or hoops to jump through.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle after the 60-day guarantee period, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel halfway through the month, you'll be refunded for the remaining half.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 60 days. After the guarantee period, cancellations will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.

6. What Happens to Your Data

After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. During this period, you can export your data via CSV. After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Backups are purged within 90 days.

7. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
