Data & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime. Export your leads, contacts, deals, and activities to CSV whenever you want. Your data is always yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You'll have 30 days to export your data after cancellation. After that, we delete everything from our systems.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except to provide the service.
Team & Permissions
How many team members can I invite?
As many as you need. Each team member is billed at your plan rate ($19/month Pro or $39/month Business). There's no minimum or maximum.
Can I control what team members can see and do?
Yes. We have four roles: Owner (full control), Admin (manage everything except billing), Sales Rep (create and manage records), and Viewer (read-only access).
Can multiple teams use myday separately?
Yes. You can create separate organizations for different teams or businesses. Each organization has its own data, users, and settings.

Do you offer training or onboarding?
We designed myday to be intuitive enough that you won't need training. But if you have questions, our support team is always happy to help.
