Why We Built myday

Every CRM promises to help you close more deals. Most of them make it harder instead.

We've been on small sales teams. We've used the “industry-leading” tools. And we've watched good salespeople waste hours every week on software that was built for 500-person sales floors, not 5-person teams.

The problem with most CRMs

Here's what we kept running into:

  • Too many features. Enterprise CRMs have hundreds of features. Small teams use maybe 10% of them. The rest just gets in the way.
  • Too expensive. $50-150 per user per month? For a 5-person team, that's $3,000-9,000 a year—before you even start selling.
  • Too much setup. Weeks of configuration, training sessions, and “implementation consultants.” Small teams need to start selling today, not next quarter.
  • Constant upsells. Want automations? That's the next tier. Want lead scoring? Upgrade again. The advertised price is never the real price.

What small teams actually need

After years of frustration, we made a list of what actually matters for a team of 1-10 people:

  • See every deal at a glance (not buried in menus)
  • Know who to call next (without checking three different screens)
  • Get reminded before deals go cold (automatically, not manually)
  • Track every interaction (calls, meetings, notes—all in one place)
  • Set it up in minutes, not weeks

That's it. No AI-powered predictive analytics. No 47-step workflow builders. No enterprise SSO integrations. Just the stuff that helps you close deals.

So we built myday

myday is the CRM we wished existed. It does fewer things than the big players—and that's the point.

Every feature we add has to pass one test: Will this help a 5-person sales team close more deals this week? If the answer is “maybe, for some edge case, eventually”—we don't build it.

The result is a CRM that:

  • Takes 5 minutes to set up (import your contacts and go)
  • Shows you exactly what needs attention today
  • Costs $19/user/month with automations and lead scoring included
  • Doesn't try to upsell you every time you log in

Who myday is for

We built myday for teams like us:

  • Agencies and consultancies tracking client opportunities
  • Small SaaS companies with lean sales teams
  • Service businesses managing ongoing relationships
  • Anyone who's been burned by CRMs that promise simplicity and deliver complexity

If you're a 500-person enterprise with a dedicated Salesforce admin, myday isn't for you. We're okay with that.

See it in action

We set up your CRM for you because we know myday isn't for everyone—and we'd rather you see results fast. No pressure, no awkward sales calls.

If you're tired of fighting your CRM instead of using it, give myday a shot. We think you'll feel the difference in the first 10 minutes.
